come as you are.
As a therapist, I am committed to creating a space where you feel truly valued & supported. My approach is grounded in unconditional positive regard—I believe that every person has inherent worth, & I strive to meet you with empathy, acceptance, & respect, no matter where you are in your journey. I’m here to help you explore your experiences without judgment & to empower you as you navigate life’s ebbs & flows.
Clinical Approach
My therapeutic style is deeply relational, grounded in a genuine desire to understand your story and work together toward your goals.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, trauma-focused, and person-centered approaches. In our sessions, we’ll work together to better understand the different parts of yourself and seek to gain insight into the beliefs & feelings that shape your experience.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, & connected to your most authentic self & the world around you.

Modalities used in session
Every client is unique in their needs and the therapeutic approach that works best for them. As eclectic therapists, we pull from several different modalities for talk therapy, feel free to read about them below!
Upon meeting with you, we can tailor the approach that best fits your needs during our sessions.
-
Originally created by Carl Rogers, PCT posits that you (the client) are the expert on your own life. Therapists using this modality are merely a compassionate guide alongside you, free of judgment.
-
In this therapeutic approach, clients explore their values, beliefs, and personal truths, aiming to confront anxieties and embrace the authentic self. The goal is to help individuals find meaning and purpose, fostering a deeper understanding of their existence and enhancing their capacity for personal growth and resilience.
-
Sort of like the movie “Inside Out”, IFS claims that we all have different parts that have evolved to protect us, and engage with each other and the world around us on a daily basis. Identifying and unburdening is the name of the game!
-
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic approach that emphasizes awareness of the present moment and personal responsibility. It focuses on helping clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the context of their environment, encouraging them to experience and express their emotions fully to promote self-acceptance and personal growth.

Feminist theory can be employed by people of all genders. It focuses on the challenges people face due to societal, cultural, and political factors, such as bias, discrimination, oppression, and stereotyping. Empowerment and education are key.
